Shipping

Shipping on orders over €99 is free. Ordered before 21:00 today is delivered the next day. The shipment of your order is very important to us and we pay a lot of attention to this. 

For orders under €99 we charge €7.65 shipping costs. 

Your order will be shipped with PostNL. 

Feedback

If you do not like a product, it can be returned within 14 days. The return shipment can be sent to the address below. State on a note your order number and the reason for return. Then send an e-mail to info@frenky-s.com so that we know that your return is on its way.

PLEASE NOTE: If garments are sold as a set, they can only be returned as a set. We only accept returns if the clothing is unworn, unwashed, with original labels and in the original packaging.

The return shipment must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. If we have not received the order back within 21 days, we will charge a 25% restocking fee. This is possible up to 28 days after receipt. Return shipments outside this period can no longer be accepted. 

We have chosen to fully use our budget on the quality of our products, fast delivery and free shipping above the €99. For this reason, the return costs are for your own account.
